What membership includes

Every published video is free to watch on this site and on YouTube without an account or subscription. A USMLE Fox membership gives you access to companion chapters and matching full lesson quizzes, except for the designated free complete lesson.

The amino acids and protein structure lesson is a complete free sample. Visitors can read its chapter and use its full practice simulator without an account.

Membership covers lessons marked as published in the library and new lessons when they are published. Lesson availability is shown on the site.

Billing and cancellation

New monthly memberships are $9.99 USD, charged at checkout and automatically every month until canceled. New annual memberships are $24.99 USD, charged at checkout and automatically every year until canceled. The plans provide the same access. Stripe Checkout shows the final amount before purchase.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through Stripe’s customer portal from your account page. After cancellation, access continues through the paid period. Stripe Checkout displays the selected plan and payment terms before you confirm. Existing subscriptions continue under their original billing terms unless changed by the subscriber.

Personal use and educational content

Membership is for individual educational use. Do not share your sign-in details, copy the companion chapters, or redistribute the materials.

The lessons and quiz scores are exam preparation tools. They do not provide medical advice, guarantee an exam result, or replace current clinical guidance.

Availability and contact

Videos play through YouTube and may be affected by YouTube availability or playback settings. This site may also be temporarily unavailable for maintenance.
