Privacy policy

Account information
Firebase Authentication processes your email address and sign-in details. We store an account ID and access status in Firestore so you can sign in and use the chapters included with your membership. Google Workspace processes your email address to deliver welcome messages, account recovery emails, and subscription reminders. We do not store your card number.
Payments and video playback
Stripe processes checkout, recurring payments, and billing management. We receive your payment and subscription status from Stripe so we can manage your access.
Videos are embedded from YouTube. YouTube may receive information about your visit when you load a video. The player uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed domain.
Optional site analytics
If you select “Allow analytics,” Firebase Analytics, powered by Google Analytics, collects information about visits and site use. This may include page views, browser and device details, general location derived from your connection, and campaign tags on the link you used. We may also attach those campaign tags to your Stripe subscription to understand which lesson or channel led to a purchase. We do not intentionally send your email address or chapter contents to Analytics.
Analytics does not start if you decline. You can change your choice using “Privacy choices” in the footer. Turning analytics off stops future collection on this site, but does not erase data already collected. See Google’s privacy policy for details about Google’s processing.
Companion chapters
Original PDFs and chapter pages are kept in Firebase Storage. The designated free sample chapter is open to visitors. For other chapters, we check your account and membership before showing a page. We do not provide the source PDF as a download link.
Lesson quizzes
We store quiz questions and answer keys in Firestore. While you take a quiz, we save your choices, study mode, timer, and place in the quiz with your account so you can continue later. When you submit, we store your chosen answers, score, and attempt details in Firestore. We also keep your latest and best scores and attempt count.
You can use the free sample exam simulator without an account. A random, HTTP-only browser cookie links that browser to its sample attempts for 30 days. We store the same practice details under that random identifier without requiring an email address. Clearing the cookie or switching browsers removes access to that saved progress.
If you began a quiz before this change, we may move its unfinished draft from this browser to your account when you reopen it. After the draft saves in Firestore, we remove the old browser copy.
Security and contact
Account sessions use secure, HTTP-only cookies on the live site. We keep account and billing records as needed to provide the service, handle support, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.
